OrangeCross celebrated its 8 th  Foundation Day with the OrangeCross family across all its branches. It was a day of celebration, consolidation and strength for the future. Healthcare staff shared wonderful experiences of their tremendous service to patients, while the team leaders and the Management expressed their gratitude to the staff along with words of encouragement.

The much awaited annual picnic of OrangeCross was held in December 2025 at Ansupa Lake and January 2026 at Jaydev Vatika. As always they are occasions to have fun, frolic and bond beyond the workspace.

We are honored to welcome Dr. Asit Baran Mohapatra to join the Esteemed Advisory Board of OrangeCross in November 2025. Dr. Mohapatra has carved a name for himself with an illustrious career and has previously worked in the capacity of Sr. VP-HR in Reliance Retail, VP-HR in ICICI Bank, Director HR in Parke Davis & Raymonds and Mgmt. faculty in IIMs among many other accomplishments.

Mr. Sujay Acharya has joined the OrangeCross Management Team as the Vice President –HR in November 2025. Having over 25 years of experience, he is an HR Leader specializing in strategies for engagement, scale & transformation, building talent resilience, across industry domains & geographies. He had been earlier engaged as the Director HR in Cognizant and Huron Consulting Group.

OrangeCross has tied up with CARE Hospitals, Bhubaneswar and Sunshine Hospital, Bhubaneswar for Personal Care Attendant staff augmentation since the last one year

OrangeCross has been empanelled with Prime Minister Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY-GJ) and Ayushman Vaya Vandana Yojana in April 2025 to give cashless treatment to patients at OrangeCross Life Care Centre.

In continuance with the team building workshop series being conducted every few months, the interactive session held in the end of October 2025 was a resounding success.
